Live viewing stops after five minutes or disconnection. Automatic monitoring continues while offroad and safe. It does not require an open browser. Motion or a bump records front, wide front, and cabin together. The optional buffer keeps recent compressed video in memory and saves it only with events. Cabin motion detection is optional and off by default. Snapshots use the front camera; thumbnails are grayscale. Direct private/Tailscale access is required for live media.
Choose “Keep on comma” to protect an event from automatic deletion, or download each available camera video to your phone or computer. Kept events use storage until you remove Keep or delete them. Other events expire after 24 hours and may be removed sooner to make space. On iPhone, choose Download or Save to Files if prompted.
Disarm and stop live viewing before saving. Hardware camera power remains significant even with low-rate motion analysis.
